Enjoy a delicious dinner by using the Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore recipe. Rosella Tomato soup and chicken thighs add flavor, and a slow cooker will ensure that the chicken is perfectly tender.



  1. The oil is heated in a large frying pan and cooked over medium-high heat. Cook chicken on all sides until they are golden. Transfer the chicken to a slow cooker. Add garlic, onion, capsicum, and mushrooms.
  2. Pour condensed tomato soup or canned tomatoes. Cover and cook for 3 hours (HIGH) and six hours (LOW). Stir in olives in the final 30 minutes of cooking.
  3. Sprinkle by chopping parsley. Serve with green beans and crusty bread.
