- Lightly beat the eggs using pesto and cream. Warm the butter in a non-stick pan; once it is melted and bubbling, add the egg mixture.
- Cook while stirring for 2 minutes or until the mixture is just set.
- In this same skillet, until slightly crisp on the edges.
- Take the pita pockets out, place it in a lettuce leaf, and spoon the Ham in the scrambled egg.
- Serve immediately
