Method:

Pitas packed with Ham as well as Pesto Scrambled Eggs

  1. Lightly beat the eggs using pesto and cream. Warm the butter in a non-stick pan; once it is melted and bubbling, add the egg mixture.
  2. Cook while stirring for 2 minutes or until the mixture is just set.
  3. In this same skillet, until slightly crisp on the edges.
  4. Take the pita pockets out, place it in a lettuce leaf, and spoon the Ham in the scrambled egg.
  5. Serve immediately
