Have a great breakfast by making this super simple Green Eggs and Ham recipe. Have fun every day or create an extra special dish for children on Dr. Seuss Day, which falls on March 2nd.

  1. Put eggs, 100g spinach,h, and parmesan in the blender and blend until well mixed. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. A large non-stick frying pan on moderate heat until the pan is hot. Add oil and swirl it around to coat the pan’s base. Mix egg in 1 1/2 minutes, or till the mixture begins to get set. With a spatula, the egg moves toward the center of the pan. Tilt the pan to let the egg that is not cooked be poured over the base. Cook for 2 minutes or until eggs form creamy curds.
  3. Serve the bun by putting spinach, bacon, and green eggs. Sprinkle with parmesan, cover with bun lids, and serve.
