Ingredients: One avocado, peeled and deseeded 60g baby spinach 1 Lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped One banana 400ml milk One lemon, zested, peeled, and finely chopped 1/2 cup Chobani natural yoghurt 1 cup ice Method: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Sprinkle lemon zest over the mixture in 3 glasses.
