This recipe is great for kids to prepare and enjoy. It’s a great breakfast for mothers or fathers’ day.

Ingredients:

Scrambled eggs with Buttered Star Toast

4 Eggs, lightly beaten

2 tbsp full cream milk or cream

15g Western Star Spreadable, plus extra for toast

Four thick slices of white, brown, or multigrain bread

Method:

Scrambled eggs with Buttered Star Toast

1. Salt and pepper the milk and eggs in a medium-sized bowl. Whip until foamy
2. Melt Western Star Spreadable over medium heat in a non-stick medium fry pan. Add the eggs and gently stir with a wooden spatula for 2 minutes or until the yolks are set. Remove the pan from the heat.
3. Toast the bread slices in the toaster until they are golden. Spread Western Star Spreadable on the toast and have your kids help you cut out star shapes with a cookie cutter.
4. Serve the eggs with star toast immediately.
