Scrambled eggs with Buttered Star Toast
- Salt and pepper the milk and eggs in a medium-sized bowl. Whip until foamy
- Melt Western Star Spreadable over medium heat in a non-stick medium fry pan. Add the eggs and gently stir with a wooden spatula for 2 minutes or until the yolks are set. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Toast the bread slices in the toaster until they are golden. Spread Western Star Spreadable on the toast and have your kids help you cut out star shapes with a cookie cutter.
- Serve the eggs with star toast immediately.
