Rice noodles with Coconut cream

Ingredients

2 to 3 servings

  1. 250 gsm rice flour
  2. 1/2 Water Ltrs
  3. 1 Cup Coconut grater
  4. 1 Tabs sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. Step 1
  2. Add rice flour to a hot pan, then add water.
  3. Step 2
  4. Cook on low heat for a minimum of 10 minutes. It should be thick.
  5. Step 3
  6. Put this mixture in a machine that makes noodles. It will then turn into noodles.
  7. Step 4
  8. Coconut cream. Grate the Coconut and add hot water to a variety. Then grind it.
  9. Step 5
  10. Strain the water out. Put this water into the refrigerator overnight.
  11. Step 6
  12. Take out the buttery cream (butter) that is floating on top.
  13. Step 7
  14. Serve with coconut cream, and sprinkle sugar on top of the Ri’ve noodles
