- 250 gsm rice flour
- 1/2 Water Ltrs
- 1 Cup Coconut grater
- 1 Tabs sugar
Cooking Instructions
- Step 1
- Add rice flour to a hot pan, then add water.
- Step 2
- Cook on low heat for a minimum of 10 minutes. It should be thick.
- Step 3
- Put this mixture in a machine that makes noodles. It will then turn into noodles.
- Step 4
- Coconut cream. Grate the Coconut and add hot water to a variety. Then grind it.
- Step 5
- Strain the water out. Put this water into the refrigerator overnight.
- Step 6
- Take out the buttery cream (butter) that is floating on top.
- Step 7
- Serve with coconut cream, and sprinkle sugar on top of the Ri’ve noodles
