Enjoy this easy-to-make gluten-free pancake mix for all.



  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and oil. Add almond meal, baking soda, apple grated and cinnamon. Mix well
  2. Over medium heat, warm a large non-stick pan that has been lightly oiled. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, working in batches of 3. Cook pancakes until bubbles appear on the surface of the batter and the underside is golden. Turn over and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Serve with extra apple slices and berries. Sprinkle with almonds and drizzle with maple syrup.
