It’s the most convenient method for children to eat more vegetables. These taco-shaped boat quiches are easy to make and can make cooking with an air fryer enjoyable and healthy.



  1. Combine eggs, milk, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  2. Steam broil, microwave, or steam broccoli until it is tender. Let it cool in cool water to avoid overcooking. Drain and put aside.
  3. In an oil-based frying pan on medium-high temperature. Cook the mushrooms until golden brown and soft in about 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese on the tortilla base to form 8 boats. Divide the broccolini and mushrooms into bowls, then pour one teaspoon of the egg mix into each. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Place four boats in an air fryer bag and cook at 160 degrees Celsius for over 20 minutes. Repeat with the remaining ships.
