A deliciously healthy and easy dessert-style breakfast that your children will enjoy. It is made with the freshest Australian produce.

Method:

  1. Put 250g of strawberries and sugar in an efficient blender. Blend, stirring as needed, until the mixture is roughly pureed. Place yogurt into a bowl. The pureed strawberries should be swirled through the yogurt.
  2. Peel and cut bananas. Slice the remaining strawberries. Layer strawberries, strawberry yogurt, granola, muesli toast, bananas, and strawberries in serving glasses, and serve.
