Eggs, Bacon, mozzarella, eggs, and avocado Breakfast pizza with avocado, eggs, Bacon, and mozzarella is an absolute treat on every morning of the week!

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 220degC with a fan forced. Place the avocado, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper into a large bowl. Crush with a fork until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Sprinkle each flatbread with the avocado mixture, then sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Split the Bacon and tomatoes in each pizza. Create a small hole in the middle of each flatbread and break eggs into it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and drizzle with some oil.
  4. Cook for 13-15 minutes and cook until the egg is cooked and the Bacon has cooked. Serve with sprouts sprinkled on top and served with hot sauce.
