Pour the pudding rice into a large pan with the milk and vanilla paste. Bring to a simmer on low heat. Stirring constantly to ensure it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
Stir occasionally in the beginning but more frequently as the rice expands. Simmer until the rice is tender and creamy. Add 1 tbsp honey.
Divide the yogurt between 4 bowls. Drizzle honey and add a tablespoon of yogurt to each. Then, swirl and serve.
