- Place 1/2 cup of water and caster sugar in a pan over low heat. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Add the sugar and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Stir in the pulp of passionfruit and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Cool down
Fruit Toast
- Toast the fruit bread until it becomes crisp. Spread each slice of fruit bread with 1-2 teaspoons of ricotta. Top with bananas. Add two tablespoons of passionfruit syrup to the top.
