Ingredients: 1 cup chilled Vitasoy Original Almond milk 1 tablespoon cocoa powder One small ripe banana peeled 1/4 small ripe avocado, flesh removed 1 tablespoon LSA Handful of ice-cubes Method: Blend all ingredients. Blend until smooth, and serve.
