Ingredients: 2 cups milk 1 cup vanilla yoghurt 1 cup frozen raspberries One teaspoon vanilla bean paste or seeds from 1 vanilla bean Two teaspoons of chopped fresh mint Method: Blend all ingredients for one minute or until smooth and thick. Pour into chilled glasses, and serve immediately.
