- In a bowl large enough, combine the baking powder made of flour along with sugar and a pinch of salt. In a large bowl, whisk eggs along with milk, butter, and vanilla. If desired. Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients. Then, stir in the milk mixture until you have an even batter.
- Prepare a large, well-greased, non-stick pan over medium-high temperature. In batches of 3 each, pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Cook the pancakes for about 1-2 minutes until bubbles begin to break up on the surface and the underside has a golden color. Turn over and cook for one minute.
