Cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and flip over to cook the other side until golder brown about 4 minutes.

- 1 tomato, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 4 slices of Swiss cheddar, or American cheese
Adjust an oven rack about 6 inches from the broiler element and heat the broiler. Arrange the bread on a rimmed baking sheet. Toast the bread under the broiler until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes. Spread about 1/2 cup of the tuna salad over each slice of toast, and top with sliced tomato, then the cheese. Broil until the cheese has melted and is beginning to brown, 3 to 6 minutes.
